How long does production take?
Each Kola is handmade to your exact measurements. Production takes 4-6 weeks. Shipping time is added on top and depends on your location — we will confirm this when we process your order.
What if my measurements are wrong?
Please follow our measurement guide carefully before ordering. If you are unsure about any measurement, reach out on WhatsApp before placing your order — we would rather help you get it right the first time.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We ship to every country. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and will be confirmed with you after your order is placed. Every order is carefully packaged for the journey.
Can I request a custom colour or style?
Absolutely. Use the notes section on the order page or message us on WhatsApp before ordering. We welcome custom colour requests, embroidery details, and specific style preferences.
When do I pay?
We will contact you within 24 hours of receiving your order to confirm all details and arrange payment. No payment is taken automatically — we confirm everything with you first.
Do you accept returns?
Because every Kola is made specifically to your measurements, we do not accept general returns. However, if there is a tailoring error on our end, we will make it right — that is our promise.
Can I order for a group or event?
Yes. For weddings, family occasions, or corporate events, contact us about group orders. We offer special pricing for groups of 5 or more and can coordinate multiple orders together.
How do I track my order?
Once your Kola is shipped, we will send you a tracking number by email and WhatsApp. You can follow your order from our workshop all the way to your door.
